We have a small but functional double bedroom available for short or long term rent in a lovely house. Bedroom is furnished with bed, potential high/standing desk and open wardrobe. Room looks out onto our private patio (which we try to grow things in). Large kitchen and living room, great for cooking and hanging out. Rent is 550.00 plus utilities, so average is 650/month. Landlord lives a few doors down and is responsive, You will be living with two female professionals ages 27-32. We get along well and would like someone who is easy going, clean and tidy and would enjoy having a drink or cooking meals with us. We would prefer a quiet male but open to female if the right fit.
