Houses, Flats & Apartments to Rent in Earl’s Court, London (SW5)
An area named after the now-defunct Earls Court Exhibition Centre, Earl’s Court has long been a thriving neighbourhood bordering Fulham, Kensington, South Kensington and Chelsea. SW5 is nestled nicely into the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, and offers affordable homes to rent. Earls Court Exhibition Centre is now a pile of rubble, but new life is set to be breathed into the area with the regeneration of the site by planners Capco. The plan is to transform the area into urban villages, a new high street and almost 8,000 new homes, creating 10,000 new jobs in the process.

Earl’s Court Transport & Amenities
Earl’s Court Tube Station is served by both the Piccadilly and District lines, with West Brompton and Leicester Road nearby. Lots of bus routes pass through Earl’s Court, although services have been amended slightly since the Exhibition Centre closure. These are likely to be reviewed again once the redevelopment gets going. Earl’s Court was the original LGBTQ+ party destination in the capital, so there’s plenty of places to go out and have a good time! Residents can also enjoy some beautiful Filipino cuisine in local indie restaurants set up by local expats, and there are plenty of cultural performances at The Troubadour and The Finborough Theatre to enjoy.
