A small village until the 1920s, Edgware is now a sprawling neighbourhood popular with families and professionals alike. Edgware is close enough to London to enjoy all it has to offer. It is bordered by the Hertfordshire green belt to the north and has its own distinctly safe, secure and suburban character. Edgware is nine-and-a-half miles north/north west from the centre of London but is still served by all of the City amenities you’d expect – the Underground, night bus services and Uber. Whilst by no means a retail centre of the City, Edgware does have its own high street and there’s plenty of conveniences in the vicinity to suit renters and residents.

Edgware feels very suburban but is extremely well-linked to the rest of the capital city, as it’s still part of it! Edgware station is the terminus for the Northern Line, so commuters can enjoy a quick nap on their journey home. The bus station serves TfL and non-TfL routes, as well as school services and three scheduled night buses. For amenities, Edgware’s renters enjoy several supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and cafes, and their own shopping centre in the town – but, of course, the Oxford Street shopping experience is only a train-ride away.
