Welcome to Wembley Park
Alameda is situated in Wembley Park, London’s newest and most exciting place to live. A melting pot of cultural events, fabulous new shops, iconic entertainment, and a real community. Plus there's a dedicated neighbourhood team that keep the area safe, secure and pretty. And if you ever feel like leaving you’re only 12mins from Central London.
The name Alameda comes from the Spanish word for ‘tree-lined avenue’, so called as this stunning building is at the axis of two important routes through Wembley Park, Olympic Way and Wembley Park Boulevard, and both will be lined with an array of tree species from around the world.
Alameda opened it's doors in June 2019, and is home to studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Beautifully co-designed with a curated collection of John Lewis furniture, and the latest Samsung appliances, you'll be excited to start calling this place 'home'.
